In order to view transactions for a specific SKU, it is necessary to select the Products subsection in the Catalog section and the Transactions tab within it. It gives us a detailed overview of all the inventory changes that have ever occurred for that product. By transactions, we can see when a product was purchased or produced, by which order, for which order, when it was sold, etc.
There is another way in which transactions can be viewed, and that is to click on the SKU within the Inventory Overview section and this leads us directly to the transaction overview.
In order to review transactions, it is necessary to select the SKU of the product for which review is required within the products in the Transactions section. At this point, we are shown all the transactions that have ever happened for that SKU. We can filter the transaction overview to only those transactions that we need at that time. We can add a filter by warehouse, by transaction type, we can also narrow the search to "Active bookings only" and/or to those that include transit transactions.
An example of a transit transaction is the realization of an order that is in the Order status, the required quantity of goods will be reserved on the inventory and at that moment the goods are still in our warehouse. When we assign the status Sent goods to the realization, it will leave our warehouse and be removed from the state, and all the time until it is delivered in the system, it will be displayed in the Transit warehouse (fictitious warehouse in the system). When we assign the status Completed to the realization, the goods are removed from the state of the transit warehouse.
