Reset password

You can reset the password with which you log in to your account at any time. This procedure usually occurs due to forgetting the password or if you want to change the password more often for security reasons. 

To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. At the bottom of the window where you enter your email and login password, click the Forgot password? 

2. A new window will open where you can enter the email address with which you created your account so that the system can send you further instructions. 

3. When you have filled in the form correctly, a link with instructions for resetting the password will arrive at your email address. 

If you have entered everything correctly, the system will immediately allow you to log in with your email address and new password.
