Purchase order fulfilment status

When we create a purchase and assign it the status Placed, the realization of the purchase is automatically created, which is assigned the status Unprocessed. While the realization is in this status, we can optionally enter information that can help us more easily track the realization itself, such as delivery method, delivery date, travel order number, payment code ...

After entering the data, we transfer the realization to the status Placed, and this action changes the inventory, by reserving all the necessary quantities of all items that are on the realization of the purchase.

Pending status means that the goods have been selected, packed, and ready for delivery.

The Sent status, as its name suggests, represents items that have been sent, ie it tracks items that are transported from the supplier to the customer's warehouse.

When the goods arrive, it is possible to update the exchange rate, price, and quantity of each purchase item. When all the information is updated in accordance with the actual situation, we assign the status Completed to the realization of the purchase.
