How to upload documents to the purchase order
Adding a document to purchase is done by selecting the Purchase Orders subsection within the Purchases section, and then selecting the purchase for which you want to add the document. As part of the purchase order itself, you need to go to the Documents tab and click on the window to add documents. We select a document from our computer database and add it.
The documents that are most often added to the purchase are pictures of the product, sketches of custom products, additional explanations if we order something non-standard, etc.
