Manufacture order fulfilment status
The status of the realization of the production order follows the course of events through which one production order passes from the moment when it is ordered to the moment when it is completed.
The initial status that the realization received when creating is Unprocessed. As the name suggests, this is about the realization of the production order that needs to be processed. The warehouse system automatically withdraws, while we need to enter the planned delivery date.
After we have entered the information for the realization, we assign the status Placed. When a realization is ordered, it means that it has become visible to the sector that needs to process that entire production order together with the realization.
The next step is to take the realization of the production order into processing. In this phase, all the necessary steps that are necessary for the production order to be realized are processed. In order for the realization to be granted this status, all items must be sufficient for inventory, because at this stage, in fact, all products are produced.
When everything from the production order is ready for realization, we assign the status Pending. This status indicates that all production processes are complete.
When the production order that was on hold comes in order to be delivered, we assign it the status Sent.
When the production order is delivered, it is necessary to complete the whole story and perform the action of completing the realization, ie. assign realization status to Completed.
