Complaints
A complaint is a legally regulated procedure for resolving customer complaints due to defects in the delivered product. If there is a manufacturing defect or hidden defect in the product you ordered and downloaded and when that defect makes it difficult or impossible for you to use the product in the usual way, you have the right to file a complaint in order to eliminate this defect.
The complaint itself can occur due to a number of factors. It is important to keep records of how many types of recurring complaints, how often, and what is the cause. If a pattern of behavior is found that leads to some type of complaint, the cause should be adequately eliminated.
