Purchase statuses

When creating a purchase, the status Unprocessed is automatically assigned. The purchase remains in this status until we enter all the required information such as supplier, warehouse, exchange rate, purchase items, quantities...

When all the necessary data has been entered (by clicking on the Place on purchase button), we transfer the purchase to the Placed status. At this point, an unprocessed realization is automatically created. It is necessary to process the realization so that the purchase was really ordered from the supplier.

The last status of the purchase is Completed and we assign it to the purchase that is completely completed (the goods have arrived in the selected warehouse).
