The purchase order is a commercial document that informs us what was ordered, while the realization is a document about the execution process, ie. realization of the entire order. 

When the order is just created, there are still no changes in our inventory. Changes will occur when we create a realization because the realization document only follows the movement of goods. 

The purchase order document covers all products and services that need to be performed, while the realization document covers all specific events that are needed to complete all requests from the purchase order. shows all the details and information on how the ordered order will be realized. 

The realization process itself begins with the creation of the order itself. When the order status is assigned to the order, the Realization document should also be processed.
