Create a production order and add products to the production order

We can create a production order in two ways.

The first way is to enter the Realization tab for the products that are produced and ordered within the purchase order, click on the "Create document" drop-down menu and choose to create a "Production order". This production order will be displayed in the Production section, Production orders subsection. The production order will be in the status "Unprocessed" and it is necessary to select the Warehouse of raw materials (other data and products will be withdrawn from the order itself) in order to be able to assign the status "Placed".

Another way to create is directly in the Production section, select the Production orders subsection and click on the "Add" button. When creating a new production order, the first option you need to choose is from which warehouse the raw materials will go and in which warehouse the finished products will be stored. After that, you need to enter the products that need to be produced for that order. We enter products by entering "Product name or code" in the window and adding the desired quantity. Due to better tracking and less opportunity to make a mistake, we can link the production order with the order under which the order is produced, as well as with the sales realization, to make sure that everything needed to produce that order is procured.
