Stock overview

An inventory review allows us to have an insight into our overall inventory status.

We can view the inventory by selecting the Inventory overview subsection in the Inventory section. Here we have an insight into our list of the entire state of stocks. We can search the status for a specific product by entering the SKU or product name in the search field. For each product, we are shown the code of that product, SKU, Name, Price without tax, what quantity we have in stock, what quantity is reserved and how much is available.

By entering the linked SKU itself, we are shown all the transactions that have ever occurred for that SKU.

We can also narrow down the search to a specific warehouse for which we are interested in the state of stock at that time.

Clicking on the "Actions" button gives us the opportunity to download the inventory list for the selected warehouse in PDF or Excel format.
