How to link Purchase Cost with Purchase Order Fulfilment



After we create the purchase cost, we can connect it with the realization of the purchase for which we made the purchase cost.

We connect by entering the purchase realization number in the "Linked Purchase Order Fulfilments" field and adding that realization. Each purchase cost can be linked to one or more purchases, which can then be tracked separately.

Once all the realization of the purchase is connected, we can transfer the cost of the purchase to the status "Placed". If there is a need to change something at the expense of the purchase, it is necessary to first transfer the status to "Unprocessed", make the desired change, and transfer the status back to "Placed".

The last step is to transfer the purchase cost to the status "Completed" and after this action, it is no longer possible to make any changes to the purchase cost.
