Purchase overview
Purchases are a set of activities, measures, and tasks that are performed in order to purchase materials for the reproduction of machines, devices, accessories, and tools, in order to ensure the smooth running of the work process. In a trading company, procurement is the initial stage of exchange - the purchase of products that are mainly used for resale.
The main goal of the purchase is regular supply at the lowest possible cost (the right material in the right quantity, under the right conditions, at the right time, from the right sources, with the right service, in the right place).
