The goal of creating an inventory is to look at the actual quantity of assets and, accordingly, its value calculation.

The actual state of inventories of goods is obtained by a direct inventory of inventories of goods found in a store, warehouse, or another business unit.

It is important to make a regular inventory so that we always have an insight into the exact condition of our goods.

In order to enter the list in the system, it is necessary to select the "Stocktake" subsection in the "Inventory" section.

When we want to enter the data of the inventory in the system, we first select the warehouse (or business unit) for which the inventory was made and then add the products whose status is listed. For each product, it is necessary to enter the quantity of the product that is listed, and the system will automatically show us the expected quantity of the product (quantity of products determined by previous inventories), change quantity (the quantity that changed in inventory) and tax-free cost. census).
