Linking purchases to one or more sales realizations

It is not obligatory to connect the purchase with the sales realizations, but it is desirable for easier monitoring of whether everything that is needed for a certain order has been ordered.

Before we connect a purchase, it is necessary to look at the Id number of the sales realization for that order in the order for which the purchase is made, in the subsection Realization. If the account has multiple sales realizations, each will have its own unique Id.

We make the connection by selecting the subsection Purchase orders and the purchase we want to connect within the purchase section. Within the purchase itself, select the Related sales realization tab and enter the Sales realization number Id in the window.

If the sales order itself has several realizations or for one sales order you made a single purchase with one supplier, we can connect the purchase with several sales realizations, according to the same principle.

For the realization of each related sale, we can look at the details and we can remove them if we connected by mistake.
