Purchase costs types

Each purchase cost belongs to some type of purchase cost. We create the types of purchase costs according to our needs in the Settings. When creating a new type of cost of purchase, you need to enter the name of the cost, a short description to make it clear to each user what exactly is meant, the cost allocation model (choose from the database where we previously defined these models) and the estimated cost. the exact price, but the price we assume will be).
