How to create sales order fulfilment

Once we have received confirmation that everything the customer wants to order has been entered in the Purchase Order document, the next step is to see what steps need to be taken to finalize that order. In the Realization document, we need to enter all the information about the details of how the order itself will be realized.

The first thing to consider before we send products for sale is whether we will deliver all the goods at once or it is necessary to go more than once. It should also be determined whether all goods are delivered to the same address or whether sales should be separated into multiple addresses and whether all are delivered on the same date (if it is necessary to deliver to multiple addresses, or the delivery address differs from the address to which the invoice goes. customers also enter this additional address, so that the system allows you to withdraw this information from the database). When we create all the realizations we need to complete a particular order, we need to enter additional information in each of them, so that the one who delivers has a clear view in front of him.

First, we need to add the delivery address, which is retrieved from the database. When we select an address, both the contact person and the contact phone for delivery, which we entered earlier when we brought that address to the database, will be automatically displayed.

We also need to choose from which warehouse the goods for delivery will be taken. This is also being withdrawn from the base in which we have previously entered all warehouses, warehouses, and stores from which goods can be picked up.

A date should be assigned for when the order is planned to be realized. Subsequently, when the order is ready for delivery, he should be assigned the appropriate travel order, for the day when it will be delivered.

Each realization should be assigned an appropriate delivery method, by which it will be realized. This information is also withdrawn from the database in which you have entered all the possibilities for the delivery of your goods. The most common delivery options are courier delivery, delivery of your team, or personal collection by the customer. Depending on whether we have previously predefined how the system will calculate the price, it will be entered by choosing the delivery method, but we can also enter it manually or correct the printed value.
